Thank you for your interest in the Hayley’s Digital Hub Affiliate Program. These terms explain how the program works and what’s expected from both of us. By joining the program, you agree to these terms.

1. Joining the Program

Anyone may apply to become an affiliate; however, all applications are reviewed before approval.

We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Commission

Approved affiliates earn commission on eligible purchases made through their unique affiliate link.

• Commission rates are displayed inside your affiliate dashboard.

• Commission is only paid on completed, eligible orders.

• Commission rates may be updated from time to time. Existing referrals are not affected by future changes unless otherwise stated.

3. Eligible Sales

A commission is earned when:

• A customer clicks your affiliate link.

• The purchase is successfully tracked.

• Payment has been received.

• The order is not cancelled, refunded, charged back or identified as fraudulent.

Refunded or cancelled orders are not eligible for commission.

Approved affiliates may also purchase products through their own affiliate link for their own genuine business use. These purchases are eligible for commission, provided they are legitimate purchases made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Purchases made solely to abuse or manipulate the affiliate program may result in removal from the program.

4. Payouts

Payments are made on the 1st of each month for approved commission balances of $20 USD or more.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

5. How You May Promote

We encourage affiliates to recommend our products honestly and naturally.

Examples include:

• Your website or blog

• YouTube videos

• Email newsletters

• Social media

• Facebook groups (where permitted)

• Pinterest

• Tutorials and reviews

• Direct recommendations to clients

Please only promote products you genuinely believe will help your audience.

6. Prohibited Activities

To keep the program fair for everyone, affiliates must not:

• Make false or misleading claims about our products.

• Pretend to represent Hayley’s Digital Hub.

• Bid on our business or product names in paid advertising without written permission.

• Use spam, unsolicited emails or automated messaging.

• Create fake accounts or fraudulent purchases.

• Offer unauthorised discounts or coupon codes.

• Attempt to manipulate tracking, commissions or referrals in any way.

Any fraudulent or dishonest activity may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Affiliate Links

Your affiliate link is unique to your account.

• Affiliate links use a 30-day tracking cookie.

• You are responsible for how you share your link and for keeping your account details secure.

• We cannot guarantee commissions for sales that are not correctly tracked.

8. Intellectual Property

Our product images, logos and branding remain the property of Hayley’s Digital Hub.

You may use publicly available product images, screenshots and descriptions to promote our products while you remain an approved affiliate.

Please do not modify our branding in a way that may confuse customers or imply an official partnership beyond being an affiliate.

9. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that apply in their own country.

10. Ending Your Affiliate Account

You may leave the affiliate program at any time.

We may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that:

• Breach these Terms & Conditions.

• Engage in fraudulent activity.

• Damage the reputation of Hayley’s Digital Hub.

• Remain inactive for an extended period.

Any unpaid commissions earned through fraudulent or prohibited activity will not be paid.

11. Changes to the Program

We may update these Terms &Conditions, commission rates or program rules from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page.
